The Counterterrorism Research Lab
(CTR Lab) was officially
inaugurated at a reception at
Odense City Hall on October 26,
2009 followed by a two-day International
Workshop on Counterterrorism and
Open Source Intelligence held
at University of Southern Denmark
on October 27-28, 2009. 10
prominent speakers were invited
for the workshop.
Work to establish CTR Lab began
early in 2009. Therefore, already
by the end of 2009, 10 people were
associated with the CTR Lab.
The research of the CTR Lab dates
back to 2003 when the iMiner
project was initiated.
